The Wring Have an Album Release

BIO: The Wring was formed in 2015 after guitarist and songwriter Don Dewulf had been working on songs he wanted to put into motion with a full band. Finding local musicians in his area, the band was formed and released their first full length, self-titled album in 2017. Shortly after, they began playing shows around Ontario, Canada.
Although it worked out, eventually, the other members ended up moving on and Don forged ahead releasing 3 more records with studio musicians., still with a focus and hope to bring a live band together again.
The Nemesis album is a portal of where Don is at with his sound right now.
"I like to think that I am getting better at this, although I do still very much like the music from the first 3 albums and stylistically, all 4 albums are from the same headspace. I think what you may find is that each album has become a little more cohesive and the songwriting flows a little better. I think part of that comes from the contribution of Reggie Hache. Reggie played bass on Spectra (previous release) and he played bass and also sang on Nemesis. Reggie started as a gun for hire but has become an integral part of The Wring. He really embraces the music and the direction and has added a lot to the end result. I’ve also used Francis Perron as mixing engineer for the last couple of records and he has been awesome. When your engineer really understands and cares about what you’re doing, you can hear that," says Don of his evolution in sound.
Nemesis is available for streaming and download on most major outlets right now and Don is always working on new material for upcoming releases.
