The Other Each Other Releases A Single Remix
We've recently been introduced to a project called The Other Each Other which is helmed by one man and has previously released a full album of which the main single called "Blank Space" was just remixed and released on its own.
The track hits with a great base riff that really drives the song and along with the drums makes everything have this hard groove that has the ability to make you jump up and down in the spot you're in.
This one has some fun and experimental aspects to it and the guitars are super fun as they are layered with this supersonic tone that compliments to clean base and drums perfectly.
There's a lot about this song that feels like an open-ended jam session because it just goes on into this wild and excitable section and when it happens you kind of don't want it to end.
During these parts you can really feel the drums getting more gusto and energy and so the rest of the parts also bring that same energy to the table which is really cool because that's the kind of thing that you can feel when you're listening to it.
Everything is right in the pocket and the groove has that straight-up feel but there are tons of great fills and just a wild approach that makes the song feel more in your face.
There's not much not to like about this track and upon hearing it you'll end up wanting to check out more from this project which is an excellent idea as a matter of fact.
The previous release and originator of the "Blank Space" single is an album called Mirror Memorials and the record has a great sort of classic underground rock field to it that blends into some grunge and alternative rock throughout its course.
There's a really heavy personality strewn across the album and it shows a lot of other sides to the songwriting so if you dig the single then you're definitely going to dig this record because it's just as good but with all kinds of added fun.
The guitar work is excellent and has this almost vast style as the vocals do which makes everything sort of edgy.
One thing is for sure, if there's one man behind this whole project then he might have been a drummer first because the drumming on the album as well as the single itself, of course, is nuts.
So check out the single and then go straight to the album because it's absolutely killer.
